What Is the RH Circuit?

The RH Circuit is RemcorX's flagship solid-state technology — a purpose-built circuit architecture designed to address the root causes of electrical inefficiency in motors, compressors, pumps, HVAC systems, and other inductive loads.

Unlike conventional power conditioning approaches, the RH Circuit operates at the circuit level to optimize the relationship between voltage, current, and power factor in real time. The result is a dramatic reduction in wasted energy, heat, and electrical noise — all while the existing equipment continues to operate normally.

The RH Circuit integrates seamlessly with existing electrical infrastructure. No wholesale system replacement is required. It is scalable from small single-phase motors to large three-phase industrial systems, and is application-agnostic across industries.

How It Works

01

Monitors the Load

The RH Circuit continuously monitors the electrical characteristics of the connected load — voltage, current draw, power factor, and thermal output.

02

Optimizes Power Delivery

Using solid-state switching architecture, the circuit dynamically adjusts power delivery to match the actual demand of the load, eliminating excess current draw and reactive power waste.

03

Reduces Losses in Real Time

Electrical losses — expressed as heat, noise, and inefficient current — are reduced at the source. The motor or system receives exactly what it needs, nothing more.

04

Sustains Performance Over Time

Unlike passive solutions, the RH Circuit maintains its optimization effect over extended operation. Testing has demonstrated consistent performance gains over 30-hour continuous runs.

Estimated Annual Energy Savings

Based on U.S. national average electricity cost of $0.17/kWh, running 24 hrs/day, 250 operating days/year at the same designed output. Savings scale with motor size.

Why the RH Circuit

Drop-In Integration

Installs alongside existing equipment. No system redesign, no downtime-intensive replacement, no new infrastructure required.

Thermal Reduction

Lower operating temperatures directly extend motor and component lifespan, reducing maintenance frequency and unplanned downtime.

Power Factor Correction

Improving power factor reduces reactive power demand on the electrical system — lowering utility demand charges and line losses.

Aerospace-Grade Engineering

Developed under the same disciplined engineering standards applied to NASA and Lockheed Martin mission-critical systems.

Scalable Across Motor Sizes

From 1 HP to 300+ HP, the RH Circuit delivers proportional efficiency gains across the full range of industrial motor applications.

Sustained Over Time

Performance gains are not a startup effect. Extended 30-hour testing confirms consistent, sustained optimization throughout operation.
